He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don, Evelyn Trumble, Sylvan and Ann Chozen. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Chozen and Donna Chozen of Milford, Iowa; his siblings, Ben Chozen of West Fargo and Meghan Konold (Jon); his nieces, Anna and Claire; and his nephew Jackson of Willmar, Minnesota.
A celebration of life for Sam will take place at a later date, after COVID-19 concerns resolve.
