He is survived by: his wife Charree Sweeten; his son Robert Todd Petty (Shannon); his grandchildren, Payton Petty and Preston Petty; his sister Dana Lou Sweeten; and his siblings-in-law, Darolyn Packebush (Dick), Tim Jones (Kymm), Alex Jones (Deb), Jeff Jones (Donna), Chris Jones (Connie) and Sheila Liewer (Joe).
