She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels C. Jacobsen and Faye L. Jacobsen (Gaer); her husband Bill; her brother Dwain Keith; and her son-in-law Mark Warren.
She is survived by: her children, Craig (Pam) of Carlisle, Iowa, Dee Ann Warren of Chesapeake, VA and Kristi Kay Jones (Sean) of Prescott Valley, AZ; her grandson Dr. Jason Fredin; her children, Jessica Fastenow (Steven), Jon Fredin, Charles Baker (Annie Olsen-Baker) and Timothy Clawson; her brother Galen Jacobsen (Sheryl); and her nephew Clark Jacobsen of Des Moines. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
