He was predeceased by: his mother Martha; his siblings, Dorthy Richter, Bud and Kenny; his sister-in-law Colleen; his grandchildren, Sara Baschke and Colton Baschke; and his close friend Donna Karschnik.
He is survived by: his former wife Janet Schumacher; and his children, Mike Baschke (Laura) of Hartley, Margie Sauter (Brad) of Milford, Marsha Poutre of Spencer, Mark Baschke (Connie) of Fostoria, Michelle Kuhlman (Todd) of Milford, Mitch Baschke (Missy) of Spirit Lake and Marshall Baschke (Hailey) of Arnolds Park. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great, Great Grandchildren.
