He is survived by: his wife Kathy Determan (Rolling); his daughters, Jessi Bradley (Nick) and Lexy Determan-Henningsen (Jens); his grandchildren, Koltyn Bradley (Brittany), Morgan Ellenbecker (Bryce), Keegan Bradley, Anika Henningsen and Kora Henningsen; his great grandchild Beckett Bradley; and his siblings, Patty Determan and Mike Determan (Kay).
