He is survived by: his daughters, Tera Polzer (Mike) and Elizabeth Deutsch (Mike Sirek); his grandchildren, Addison and George Polzer; his sister Diane Busch (Larry); and his sister-in-law Mary Deutsch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
