He is survived by: his parents, Brian Banks (Beliva) of Spencer and Marylyn Friesen (Randy) of Great Falls, MT; his daughter Mattison Banks of Milford; his fiancé Shannon Norton of Milford; his stepchild Damontira Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Vivian, N'Kaii and Damontia Johnson; and his siblings, Sonny Banks (Ruth), Rainie Perry (Adam), Tara Friesen and Mikayla Friesen.

“In Loving Memory of Chad, So very sorry for your loss.. My Deepest Sympathy to you all, I ll never forget all the times we used to hang out with Chad. My brother Alan has some pretty amazing friends who were like family. I ll miss Chads Laugh and his loving teddy bear spirit. Always making sure everyone was ok. he reached out often to check to see how we were doing. after Alan passed He was one of the Good ones.!!! A great guy with a huge heart. Sending huge hugs and loves. So sorry again.”
