He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie Sandersfeld of Hartley; his children, Duane Newman (Connie) of Milford, Iowa, Roger Newman (Cheryl) of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Donna Schmidt (VerDon) of Everly and Kay Suhr (Todd) of Grimes, Iowa.; his stepchildren, Cary Sandersfeld of May City, Iowa, Brian Sandersfeld of Montgomery and Denise Seivert of Hartley, Iowa.; his grandchildren, Crystal Ramsey (Danny Johnson), Darci Domerese (Jared), Travis Suhr, Nicole McCall (Jess), Asa Sandersfeld, Ethan Sandersfeld, Justyn Sandersfeld (Marissa), Brooke Peters (Nathan) and Blake Seivert (Kim); and his daughter Lonna Draayer (Brian) of Milford. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter.
