It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry Kay Mastbergen of Merrill, Iowa, born in Hull, Iowa, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Mastbergen and Florence Mastbergen (Colshan); her son Charles John "CJ" Egdorf (Francis Meister); her sister Janet Kleinwolterink; and her nephew Tyler Kleinwolterink.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Ankerstjerne (Robert); her stepchildren, Scott Meister, Greg Meister and Janet Nees; her siblings, John Mastbergen, Allen Mastbergen (Charlotte) and Sue Mastbergen; her brother-in-law Paul Kleinwolterink; and her grandchildren, Cole Coover, Chloe Coover and Emma Ankerstjerne. She is also survived by 10 step grandchildren, two aunts, and many nieces and nephews.
