He was predeceased by: his brother Michael. He is survived by: his parents, Loren Leonard and Renate Leonard; his siblings, Romy Siders (Mike) and Terry Leonard; his daughter Alexis Leonard; his nieces, Jessica, Danielle, Rachel, Mikelle and Bailee; and his nephew Max.
