We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2020, at the age of 78, Leon Arlo Herbst of Merrill, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Pat Winter. He is survived by: his friend Ron Johnson; his wife Candi Herbst of Merrill; his children, Justin Herbst of Merrill and Noel Herbst of Merrill; his sister Lois Antonen (Jim) of Davis, CA; his brothers-in-law, Gil Winter of Le Mars, IA and Randy Harrison of Hinton; and also Candi Harrison. He is also survived by many cousins; nephews; and 1 niece.

Working with his father, uncles, grandfather, and cousins was the foundation of his life.
