He is survived by: his mother Darlene Juzek (Solomon) of Merrill; his son Mitchel Juzek of Le Mars; his wife Kim Juzek; his siblings, Lori Thompson Thompson (Don), Tim Juzek (Marie) and Jason Juzek (Faith); his uncles, Richard Solomon (Christy) and Donald Solomon (Olene); and also Mitchel. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
