He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Elva Conley (Mills); his great grandchild Luke Allen; his brother Don Conley; and his sister-in-law Dolores Conley.
He is survived by: his former wife Aurelia Osterman; his wife Barbara Conley (Burkauzer) of Merrill, IA; his children, Tim (Beth Conley), Dan (Barbara Conley), Jim (Deb Conley), Joel (Lori Conley), Susan (Rick Dreckman) and Tom (Kristien Conley); his sister-in-law Dixie Clark of Lancaster, PA; and his friend Betty Hughes of Lancaster, PA.
