With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diana (Hoffman) Clark of Merrill, Iowa, who passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Clark; her parents, Leonard Hoffman and Ethel Hoffman; her parents-in-law, Lyman and Ayleen Clark; her brother Alan Hoffman; her sister-in-law Joan Johnson; and her nephews, Andy Hoffman and Clark Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Carmen Clark of Des Moines, IA and David Clark (Mary Jo) of Merrill, IA; her grandchildren, Gabriel, Paige and Mikaela; her daughter Sara Quail (Barry) of Westminster, CO; her grandchildren, Lincoln and Kellen; her daughter Shana Herke of Algona, IA; her grandchildren, Aylee and Emersyn; her son Steven Clark (Melanie) of Granger, IA; her grandchildren, Olivia, Sophie and Eli; her son Jason Clark (Shera) of Ankeny, IA; her grandchildren, Jaelyn and Brinley; her siblings, Dennis Hoffman (Jean), Sharon Andersen, Marcia Haywood (Paul), Jean Fish (Mel), Myrna Hoffman, Joyce Hoffman, Kevin Hoffman, Craig Hoffman and Lynn Hoffman (Shelly); and her brother-in-law Gerald Johnson (Ilenne). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She donated many quilts to Veterans, those with cancer, and her family.
