He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay of Le Mars; his daughter Kim (Matt Smock) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Alli, Carter and Kailey Sitzmann; his son Scott Hoffman (Bri Kibby) of Merrill, IA; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Austin; his siblings, Deanna Wolf (Tom) of North Bend, NE, Kathy VanDeWater (Paul) of Lincoln, NE, Ken Hoffman of Merrill, IA, Bob Hoffman (Rhonda Wittkop) of Merrill, IA, Becky Weseman (Dave) of Omaha, NE, Mary Roder (Jeff) of Merrill, IA, Marcia Johnson (Chuck) of Sheldon, IA and Mike Hoffman (Stacy) of Merrill, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Dreckman (Gary) of Le Mars, IA, Keith Sitzmann (Maria) of Bothell, WA, Connie Nanninga Lancaster (Barry), Michelle Britton (Mark) of Le Mars, IA, Cindy Sauer (Luke) of Omaha, NE, Lynne Hoffman of Le Mars, IA and Eliese Hoffman of Merrill, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
