She is survived by: her son Doug Macklem (Paula) of Terre Haute, IN; her grandchildren, Weston and Jamie; her daughter Mary Guffy (Terry) of Bronson, IA; her grandchildren, Stacy and Travis; her daughter Susan Birks (Pat) of Sioux City, IA; her grandchildren, Stephanie and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Karsin, Brenick, Briar, Lauren, Avery, Brenna and Masin; her great great grandchild Kason; her sister Janice Schindel (Leslie) of Hinton, IA; and her brother-in-law Ron Macklem (Andy) of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
