She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Boyd and Kathryn Emma Stoddard (Manthey); and her sister Marilyn (Roscoe Waterman). She is survived by: her husband Martin E. Balmer; her children, Steven Balmer (Melanie), Kathy Balmer, LeighAnne Bohlken (Dan), Sheryl Chrestiansen (Wayne) of Estherville, IA and Keith Balmer of Gooding, ID; and her daughter-in-law Rosa Balmer of Gooding, ID. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
