Randy James Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy James of Melvin, Iowa, born in Estherville, Iowa, who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Randy James to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, E. F. "Pete" and Ruth James (Wikert); and his former wife Cindy Hersleff. He is survived by: his wife Delaine Jacobson; his children, Kipp James (Christina) of Tigard, Oregon, Chelsea McNally (Chuck) of Waverly, Iowa and Allison Meester (Neil) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Randi Kay Cook (Kyle), Dylan James, Dalton James (Jokabed), Sophie James, Patrick McNally (Staci), Alexis Kibbie (Justin), Joseph McNally, Tyler McNally, Gabriel Santoiemma, Michael Santoiemma, Jacob Russow (Elizabeth), Alexis Russow, Carlee and Lexi Meester; his great grandchildren, Johnny, June, Jack Cook, Jayanni, Kahlea James and Mathias Russow; his brother Tony James (Donna) of Altoona, Iowa; his grandchildren, Joel Jacobson of Graettinger, Jodi (Wes McMains), Jenna, Ava of Owatanna, MN, Jason, Dana Jacobson, Cade, Kyan, Jett of Emmetsburg and Josh Jacobson; and his great grandchild Jacy of Graettinger.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions will be followed and include required masks and social distancing.

Memorials may be given the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Estherville.
