He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Duis; and his niece Rachel Duis. He is survived by: his mother Sharlene Duis (Roede); his children, Kalli Williams (Chris) and Jordan Caquelin-Duis (Jordyn); his stepchildren, Jennifer Braun (Tom), Maggie Blume (Adam) and Abbigail Nalepa (Thomas); his grandchildren, Madeline, Miles, Evelyn, Baylor, Rylan, Tate, Kohen, Alaina, Samantha, Brock, Brinley, Bryer, Breka, Olivia, Cora and Aidan; and his siblings, Jeff Duis (Diane), Jackie Duis and Brad Duis (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jurrens Funeral Home (505 9th St, Sibley, IA 51249).
In lieu of flowers, the Duis family prefers memorials.
