She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sweeden and Laura Sweeden (Lindsey); her husband Jerald Fenton; her siblings, Ernest (Ingna), Ross, Sue Jones (Phil), Lynn, Rosalie Mullinix (Jim), Richard and Tony; her brother-in-law Dwight Fenton (Ethel); her brother Dave Sweeden; her nieces, Sherry Peters and Billie Jo Zoch; and also, Bob, Larry Mullinix and Jerry Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Jerald Stephen (Michele) of Chariton, Connie McKinley (Rick) of Russell and Carol Ziel (Eric) of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Eric Fenton (Tawn) of Waverly, Jason Fenton of Plano, Heather Kautz (Mike) of Chariton, Susan Oliver (Alex) of Oakland, Erica Conklin (Brent) of Ankeny and Jennifer Graham (Pat) of Ankeny; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Reece, Piper Conklin of Ankeny, Kellen Oliver of Oakland, Cameron Kautz (Kayalea), Kaylee and Kendyl Kautz of Chariton; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Sweeden of Battle Creek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Memorials are requested to the Brushy Community Church (Chariton River Baptist), Russell Volunteer Fire Department, or the Brushy Cemetery.
