She is survived by: her child Deanie; her husband Lloyd McDowell; her stepdaughter Paula DeVore; her grandchildren, Troy Amoss (Lori), Lynnette Major (Josh), Eric Akins (Kristy), Katie Phelps (Tim), Cali Lacey (JT) and Cami Vande Lune (Richie); her stepgrandchildren, Nycole Wood (Justin) and Michael DeVore; and her sister-in-law Helen Walsh.
A memorial has been established to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Melrose, Monroe County 4-H, or EveryStep Hospice.
