He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Foust and Virginia Foust; his brother Lyle Foust; his brother-in-law Bob Smoot; and his nephew Rick Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his siblings, Judy Stewart (Dick), Bill Foust (Beverly) and Dalene Davies-Smoot; and his nieces and nephews, Rodger Stewart (Jill), Rob Stewart (DeAnna), Bill Foust, Jr., Christina (Chuck Soukop), Michael Davies (Beth) and Carla Terhune (Mark).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
