He is survived by: his wife Connie of Melrose; his children, Cindi Lin Ford (Dale) of Woodburn and Rob Boylan of Burlington; his sisters, Loretta (Dave Burk) and Barb Meeks; his daughters-in-law, Donna Blake and Joni Jamison; and his pet Sadie May. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
