With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Tate of Melcher-Dallas, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 2, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Tate and Dorothy Tate (Stump); his former wife Barbara Tate (Brown); his sister Diane Schroeder (Tate); and his son Jesse Tate.
He is survived by: his brother Ron Tate; his children, Kimberly (Tate), Cherise Tate, Taylor Skaggs, Jaylin Skaggs and Jett; his wife Jennifer Tate (Jerkic); and his grandchildren, Erick Tate, Matthew Tate, Aspen Chapa, Sienna Chapa, Amenda Tate, Avery Corso, Jack Corso, Crystal Tate, Pearl Tate, Marquese Tate, Jayda Tate, Rosanna Tate, Daisy Williams and Tate Broadus.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of the family to assist with a headstone.
