He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe Milburn and Eliza Milburn (Selby); his wife Dolores; his daughter-in-law Madonna; and his siblings, Bill, John, Clara Belle and Maxine.
He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Ray, John Milburn and William "Bill" Milburn; his grandchildren, Johnny Ray Milburn Jr. (LaShana) of Melcher-Dallas and Michelle Milburn (Brandi Miller) of Mission, KS; his great grandchildren, Zach Moore (Kortney), Elizabeth Milburn and Johnny Ray Milburn III; and his great great grandchild Everly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be made in care of Raymond's family to be designated at a later date.
