She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Biddle and Shirley Biddle; her son Andy Parsons; her former husband Larry Remster; her sister Linda Biddle; and her great grandchild Kairi Torres.
She is survived by: her grandson Andy; her husband Rich Dobson; her daughters, Viola Marie Albright (David) and Loretta Whitlow; her foster daughter Brenda Bowen (Phil); her grandchildren, Keith Thompson (Kim), Amanda Thompson, Billie Jo Watson (Dylan Leslie), William Flesher (Amber), Nicole Collins (Jon), Jacob Robuck (Alyssa) and Hannah Whitlow; and her brothers, Richard Biddle (Joyce) and Bill Biddle. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
