He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Johnson (Richard), Krystal Manges (Paul), Stacy Anderson (Michael) and Shantell Cottington (Kevin). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 step-grandgrandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
