She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Anderson and Beulah Anderson (Cee); her husband Richard Anderson; her daughter Laurie Kennedy; and her sister Diana Bangs.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Bishop (Mark), Patrick Anderson, Matt Anderson (Angie), C. J. Anderson (Lisa), Kim Rowley (Dennis) and Lisa Crozier (Jim); her siblings, Judy Patterson (Dick), Robin Anderson and Robert Anderson (Charles Wemple); and her son-in-law Jerry Kennedy (Darla). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pierschbacher Funeral Homes - Melcher (203 E Center St, Melcher-Dallas, IA 50163). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. During the pandemic, she mailed cards with sticks of gum to her great-grandchildren, a simple gesture that showed she was always thinking of them.
