We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Madonna Milburn of Melcher-Dallas, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Wadle and Betty McLeod Wadle; her husband John Milburn; her children, John Milburn (LaShana) and Michelle Milburn (Brandi Miller); her grandchildren, Zach Moore (Kortney), Elizabeth and Johnny III; her sisters, Pam Cacciatore (Frank) and Laura Conrad (Chris); her sisters-in-law, Emma Wadle and Linda Wadle; and her brothers, Monte, Gary and Jim. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Per Iowa corona virus guidelines, facemasks are required.

Memorials may be made in Madonna's honor to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
