We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2022, at the age of 67, Karen K. Andrew of Melcher-Dallas, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Junior Shafer; and her brothers, Butch, Jim and Bill. She is survived by: her mother Katherine "Kitty" Tease Shafer; her children, Kim, Michael and Tony; and her husband David Andrew. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
