It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Gass (Melcher-Dallas, Iowa), born in Knoxville, Iowa, who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Gass and Geneva Schurman Gass. He is survived by: his former wife Angela Bauer; his wife Angie Gass; his children, Bret Gass, Dawn Bennett (Matt), Doug Gass and Kyle Gass; his grandchildren, Dayne, Kinley, Briella, Betty, Keygan and Aaryon; and his siblings, John Gass (Mary), Carol Nicholson, Ken Gass, Keith Gass (Margaret), Anne Bowers, Joe Gass (Linda), Frank Gass (Cheryl) and Tom Gass. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be made in care of Jerry's family.
