She was predeceased by: her husband Lee; her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Tina; her parents, George Burk and Ruth Burk; and her siblings, Francis Machlin, Albert Burk, Thelma Pettyjohn, Bill Burk, Estella Davis, Carl Burk and Mary Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Cockriel (Daryl) of Kansas City, Johnnie Starckovich (Karla) of Parnell and Melissa Rivera (Antonio) of Kansas City; and her siblings, Marion Burk and Kaye Langebartels. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of Faye's family.
