He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Mills and Anna Hall Mills; his son Timothy; his wife Rowena; his children, Louis Mills and Rhonda Tiller; and his siblings, Lee Mills and Katheryn Williams. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
