He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Foltz and Willidine Foltz (Lowe). He is survived by: his wife Tina Foltz; his sons, Ryan Foltz (Suzanne) and Roderick Foltz (Bayli); his grandchildren, Ross, Aaron, Brayden, Zoe and Roger; and his pet Browning. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
