He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloyd Carter and Lila Sparks Carter. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Carter; his children, Jennifer Coop (Joshua) and Erich Carter (Holly); and his grandchildren, Isabella Carter, Joshua Coop, Chloe Carter, Mileana Coop (Milli) and Abigail Carter.
