She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Buffett and Helen Buffett (Chaplin); her husband Melvin Hawkins; and her siblings, Beverly Widel and Cindy Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Grammer (Jennifer), Deborah Swaim (Rick) and Darla Bailey; and her brother Leroy Wallen. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established by the family.
