She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Buffington and Nellie Buffington (Eversmeyer); her husband Gary Brown; and her siblings, Leota Boling and Loren Buffington.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Neys (Mike Hayes) of Rockton, IL and Eric Belzer of Seattle, WA; her siblings, Marvin Buffington (Peachie) of Wapello and Cheryl Curtis (Robert) of Columbus Junction; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Buffington (Loren) of Roscoe, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the American Red Cross as she was devoted to donating blood throughout her life.
