He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Stratton and Florence Stratton (Roberts); and his siblings, Jimmy Stratton, Tom Stratton and Janie Coen.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Stratton of Mediapolis; his children, Don Ammon (Diana) of El Paso and Tammy Mejias (Tony) of Severn, Maryland; his grandchildren, Audrey Morgan (Bud), Bridney Brigette, Michael Basden and Lancelot Basden; his great grandchild Riley Morgan; and his siblings, Bob Stratton (Joyce), Linda Kann (Michael), Willis Stratton and Mike Stratton (Diana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
