She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kelley and Margaret Kelley (Leonard); and her siblings, Leonard Kelley and Hartzell. She is survived by: her sons, Landen Hillyard (Dana) of Mediapolis, Mark Hillyard of Mediapolis and William Hillyard (Cheryl) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Heath Hillyard (Miranda) of Burlington, Nick Hillyard (Hope) of Fairway, Kimberly Hillyard of Cedar Rapids, Lindsay Driscoll (David) of Overland Park, Tari Wilcox (Aaron) of Cedar Rapids, Hannah Hillyard (Dane Asmus) of Tripoli, Haley Kerr (Jacob) of Burlington, Heidi Tomlinson (Nolan) of Cedar Falls and Helaina Hillyard of Burlington; her great grandchildren, Caius Wilcox, Harlyn Hillyard, Aubrey Driscoll, Quintus Wilcox, Hartzell Hillyard, Bobbi Driscoll, Augustus Wilcox, Harbor Hillyard, Henry Hillyard, Octavius Wilcox, Aurelius Wilcox and Hodge Hillyard; and her sister-in-law Norma Massner. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A memorial has been established with one of the memorials as the Kingston United Methodist Church.
