She is survived by: her husband Randy Mayer of Mediapolis; her sons, Jeremy Thornton of Burlington and Gayle Palmer (April) of Burlington; her brothers, Danny Petty of Burlington, Randy Dykes (Aleshia) of Burlington and Todd Dykes (Kathy) of Burlington; and her nephews, Jason, Dustin and Donnie.
