He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Keith and Mamie Jean Spears (Stapp); and his brothers, Myron and Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynn Roberts of Mediapolis; his children, Lyndsey Coppes (Jacob) of Mediapolis, Tenile Luttenegger of Houston and Travis Luttenegger (Layne) of Mediapolis; his grandchildren, Gracie Coppes (Coltin), Lillyan Luttenegger, William Luttenegger, Henry Luttenegger, Chloe Coppes, Madelynn Coppes and Milo Coppes; his great grandchild Grayson Nelson; his brothers, Ronnie Spears of Mediapolis and Dennis Spears (Lana) of Mediapolis; his niece Tracy Farnsworth (Todd); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kate and Avery. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Mediapolis (712 Main St, Mediapolis, IA 52637). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Food and Fellowship.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Bruce's name.
