She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Swafford and Harriet Swafford (Isett); her husband Robert Griffith; her children, Deborah Smith (Bill) of Coralville, Denise McCulley (Mark) of Oakville, Bev Ecklund of Wapello, Amy Gabeline (Dan) of Yarmouth, Brad Griffith (Laura) of Mediapols and Eric Griffith (Debbie) of Goldsboro, NC; her stepfather Arthur Maddux; and her siblings, Marvin, Max Swafford, Patsy Fulton and Grace Skelley. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
