He is survived by: his parents, Keith V Schoffstall and Susan A Piper Schoffstall of Macedonia, Ohio; his wife Joni Schoffstall of Mechanicsville, Iowa; his sister Erin McHale (Mike); his stepchildren, Nikki Carlson, Aubrey Carlson, Morgan Carlson and Brandon Carlson; and his stepgrandchildren, Dexter Carlson and Sawyer Carlson. He is also survived by several aunts and uncle.
A memorial for Pancreatic Cancer Research in the name of Scott Schoffstall, has been created in lieu of flowers.
