He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Mary Underdahl, Stephen of McIntire, Dale McCarthy (Audrey) of McIntire, Joyce Berens (Jim) of Goodyear, Nancy McCarthy of LaCrosse and Ruth Weber (Donald) of Omro; his grandchildren, Chad McCarthy (Pam), Kristin Newton (Bill), Melissa Sprau (Andrew), Adam McCarthy (Sharleen), Amber Shafer (Travis) and Emma Weber; his stepgranddaughters, Kate Hudson (Garrett), Renee Molina (Kenny), Josie Horn (Kasey) and Mercedes Lesmeister; his sisters, Marian Pitzen (Clem) and Jeanette Gallagher (Frank) of Doylestown; and also, Ed and Hank.
