With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Armstrong of McIntire, Iowa, born in Flandreau, South Dakota, who passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 92. She is survived by: her children, Debra Conger (Greg) of Riceville, Thomasine Conger (Danny Warner) of Riceville, Scott Armstrong of Rochester, MN., Rosemary Armstrong of Rochester, MN. and Amy Armstrong of Rochester, MN.; her grandchildren, Tena, Joseph (Morgan), Thomas (Nikki), Christopher (Sarah), Ashley Conger and Nicholas Armstrong (Alexis Groux); and her great grandchildren, Caden, Emmett, Kami, Clayton, McCoy, Greyson, Mason and Madison. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
