He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Hansen; his parents, Harry Preston Hansen and Laurene Tonette Hansen; and his siblings, Harlan Hansen, Elaine, Lester Hansen, Shirley, Hila Byrd and Carrol.
He is survived by: his children, Janis Bartlett (Woody Shaw), Becky Hoyt (Frank), Russell Hansen (Kelli), Troy Hansen (Kelly Fahy) and Ryan Hansen (Tara). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
