She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Wagner and Grace Wagner (Thielen); her husband Don Brus; and her siblings, Bob (Anita), John Wagner (Agnes) and LaVonne Vath (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Dave Brus (Elena) of St. Paul, MN, Amy Borgen (Duane) of Platteville, WI, Bob Brus (Dawn) of Mt. Vernon, IA, Tony Brus (Kathy) of Fort Atkinson, WI and Teresa Champion (Dale) of Prairie; and her grandchildren, Leah, Ashley, Cory, Josh, Daniel, Nick, Luke, Amanda, Rachel, Mitch and Rebekah. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the McGregor Public Library or Prairie Catholic Schools.
