She was predeceased by: her husband John (Jack); and her children, Julie Abildtrup and John E. Elliott (Monica Ayers). She is survived by: her son Steven L. Elliott (Donna) of Portage; her children-in-law, Jon Ayers of McGregor and Aura Elliott of Hedgesville; her grandchildren, Korey Ayers (Anja), Abby Wilhelm (Todd), Steven J. Elliott (Lisa Bowers), Jamie Elliott, Randy Elliott (Trina), Aaron Elliott (Abby), Jessica Hess (Nathan), Dana Gordon (Paul) and Dacia Warrington (Kory); her son-in-law Mark Abildtrup; her siblings, Gerald, James Clark, Alletta Barr, Beth Ann Hippenbecker and Rosemary Padera; and her siblings-in-law, Harriett Gangsted, Wilma Clark, Claude Barr, John Hippenbecker and Richard Padera. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service (625 Main St, McGregor, IA 52157). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the The Barn Restaurant (32800 Co Rd K, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821).
