He is survived by: his wife Karen; and his children, Tammy (Brian Herman), Jennifer (Walt Gillespie), Brice (Debbie Brown) and Kevin (Elizabeth Brown). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, the family requests donations to the Crossing Rivers Health Foundation in support of the hospice program in Prairie du Chien.
