She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hutchins and Betty Hutchins (Gallanger); her sister Judy Purvis; her mother-in-law Ida Banks; her uncle Joe Gallanger; and her siblings-in-law, Laurence Banks, Gerald Banks, Gene Coffman and Irma Banks.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Banks; her sons, Mike Banks (Michelle) and Matt Banks (Emily); her grandchildren, Ryan, Jenna, Andrew, Megan, Julie and Madison; her siblings, Steve Hutchins, Jim Hutchins, Janet Rohrbough, Sandy Armstrong, Larry Purvis (Ruth) and David Purvis (Pat); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Coffman and Joan Banks. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
